You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you are withdrawing from your purchase, without giving a reason, then 14 days from that notice to send the items back. Please return items unworn and unwashed, with their tags attached; you are only liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what was needed to assess the item.

You then have 14 days from that notice to send the item back. Unless we tell you otherwise, the direct return cost is your responsibility. Consult the current refund policy or contact us for the return instructions before shipping.

The refund includes the price paid and the cost of standard outbound delivery. If you chose a more expensive delivery method, the supplement over the standard delivery cost is not refunded. We may defer payment until we recover the items or you provide proof that you sent them back, whichever occurs first. The refund uses your original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise; your payment provider may take additional time to display it.
