Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can use this to follow your package in real time. If you have not received a tracking email within 2 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us.

We offer a 14-day return policy, no questions asked. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

We will send you instructions and a return shipping label. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or send out the exchange.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional few days to appear on your statement.

Each product page includes a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring your waist and hips and comparing them with our size chart. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up (or contact our support for more help) our denim has a slight natural stretch that will conform to your body over time.

Yes, Reiko's jeans are designed to be true to size. Our fits including Barrel, Boyfriend, Flare, Palazzo, Straight and Wide. Each have a slightly different feel, so we recommend checking the fit description on each product page. The stretch cotton blends we use provide comfort without losing shape.

All denim relaxes slightly with wear this is normal and expected. Our cotton-elastane blends are designed to retain their shape after washing. If your jeans feel snug when new, they will soften and mould to your body within a few wears. We recommend washing cold and air drying to maintain the original fit.

We recommend washing your jeans as little as possible. When you do wash, turn them inside out, use cold water, and choose a gentle cycle. This preserves the colour, the stretch, and the overall integrity of the fabric. Avoid bleach.

We recommend air drying. Hang your jeans by the waistband or lay them flat to dry. Machine drying could causes shrinkage, fading, and weakens the elastane fibres that give your jeans their stretch. This is the single most important thing you can do to extend the life of your denim.

Wash cold, inside out, and air dry, that covers 90% of it. Avoid direct sunlight when drying. Dark washes will naturally evolve with wear, developing a unique patina that is part of the character of quality denim. If you want to preserve the original shade as long as possible, wash less and use a colour-safe detergent.
