After you submit, we send your declaration to our team and you will receive a written confirmation by email.

After we receive your declaration, please return the goods within 14 days. We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return); we may withhold the refund until then. Return shipping costs are borne by you unless stated otherwise in our Refund policy.
