Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your order in accordance with this policy and your rights under EU consumer law.

1. Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the products, without providing any reason.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at customer@reikoparis.com (sales) / info@cnlhandel.com (logistics) with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return (optional, but helps us improve)

We will confirm your return request and provide instructions.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In their original, unworn, and unwashed condition
  • With all original tags and labels attached
  • In the original packaging (if applicable)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Gift cards

4. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you by email.

If your return is approved:

  • We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Only the product price is refunded, the original shipping costs are not refunded

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at customer@reikoparis.com (sales) / info@cnlhandel.com (logistics) within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 14 business days:

  • Check with your bank or credit card provider
  • Contact your payment provider (PayPal, etc.)
  • If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, contact us at customer@reikoparis.com (sales) / info@cnlhandel.com (logistics)

9. Fraud Prevention

ReikoParis operates a strict zero-tolerance policy against fraud.

All orders are documented in detail. Every package is recorded before dispatch, including weight, contents, and packaging. This documentation is stored and can be used as evidence.

Fraudulent claims including but not limited to false "item not received" claims, "empty box" claims, chargebacks filed in bad faith, or any misrepresentation of the condition of returned items will be investigated thoroughly (In cases where a return is subject to a fraud investigation, the standard 14-day processing period for refunds may be extended until the investigation is fully resolved).

Where fraud is identified, we reserve the right to:

  • Refuse the return or refund
  • Ban the customer from future purchases
  • Report the matter to the relevant law enforcement authorities
  • Pursue full legal action under Dutch and EU law to recover losses, including legal fees
