These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.reikoparis.com and any purchases made through it. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. General

1.1 These Terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between CNL Handel BV (trading as ReikoParis) and the customer.

1.2 By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

1.3 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on our website. Existing orders remain subject to the Terms in effect at the time of purchase.

2. Products and Pricing

2.1 All product descriptions and images on our website are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings.

2.2 All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT.

2.3 We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

2.4 In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you.

3. Orders

3.1 An order is placed when you complete the checkout process and receive an order confirmation by email.

3.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, suspected fraud, or errors in product or pricing information.

3.3 If we cancel your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

4. Payment

4.1 We accept the following payment methods: iDEAL, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

4.2 Payment is due at the time of placing the order. Your order will be processed once payment is confirmed.

4.3 All payment transactions are processed securely through our payment service providers.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 We ship to all countries within the European Union, as well as to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway.

5.2 Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

5.3 Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery.

6. Right of Withdrawal

6.1 In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the products, without giving any reason.

6.2 To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by email (customer@reikoparis.com (sales) / info@cnlhandel.com (logistics)) before the withdrawal period expires.

6.3 You must return the products within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. Products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, with all tags attached.

6.4 The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

6.5 We will refund the product price within 14 days of receiving the returned products, using the same payment method as the original transaction. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

7. Warranty and Liability

7.1 All products are covered by the statutory warranty as required by Dutch and EU law. This means products must conform to what you may reasonably expect based on the purchase agreement.

7.2 If a product is defective, please contact us at customer@reikoparis.com (sales) / info@cnlhandel.com (logistics). We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

7.3 Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) in question.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of CNL Handel BV or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property law.

8.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our prior written consent.

9. Personal Data

9.1 We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

10. Complaints

10.1 If you have a complaint about your order or our services, please contact us at customer@reikoparis.com (sales) / info@cnlhandel.com (logistics). We will respond within 14 days.

10.2 If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may submit it to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

11. Fraud Prevention

We operate a strict zero-tolerance policy against fraud. All orders are fully documented before dispatch, including weight, contents, and packaging. This documentation is stored and can be used as evidence.

Fraudulent claims, including false "item not received" claims, "empty box" claims, bad-faith chargebacks, or misrepresentation of returned items will result in refusal of the claim, a permanent ban from our store, a report to law enforcement authorities, and legal action under Dutch and EU law to recover all losses including legal fees.

12. Governing Law

12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

12.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms will be submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
