Shipping policy

1. Shipping Destinations

We ship to all countries within the European Union (EU), as well as to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday, 9:00–17:00 CET). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • All destinations (EU, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway): 1–7 business days

These are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on the carrier and destination. Delivery times are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Costs

  • European Union: Free shipping on all orders.
  • United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway: €30 flat rate. Free shipping on orders above €300.

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout based on your destination.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package through the carrier's website.

6. Delivery Issues

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time:

If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. If the package cannot be located, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping costs may apply).

8. Customs and Duties

European Union: No customs duties or import taxes apply, as we ship from within the EU.

United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway: Orders shipped to non-EU countries may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
